For their growing service centre in Cracow, we are looking for a Technical Team Leader.

Responsibilities:

• lead and supervise team members to achieve goals
• monitor, coach and give feedback to team members
• being actively involved in hiring and training of reps and upskill team members
• motivate and inspire the team, resolve any issues or conflicts
• manage the floor, adherence to schedule with the appropriate slot management
• build sustaining and productive relationships with customers and stakeholders
• provide recommendations for product and process development based on customer feedback and analysis of the same
• maintain employee performance records; track and report on performance outcomes
• maintain track of all pending/open items (internal and external) and ensure closure of the same in a timely and appropriate manner

Requirements:

• minimum 2 years of experience as a Team Leader (preferably of technical consultants team)
• excellent written and verbal communication skills in English with German/Spanish/Dutch
• understanding of digital advertising platforms
• proficiency in Google tools is a big plus
• ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• decision-making skills
• ability to set targets, motivate and drive a team of around 15 employees
• logical reasoning and problem-solving skills
• exceptional rapport-building and active listening skills
