For their growing service centre in Cracow, we are looking for a Talent Trainer.

Responsibilities:

• plan, design, develop, and deliver sustainable strategic training and instructional programs to the team
• analyze learning needs and develop appropriate training material and plans
• conduct new hiring training and technical orientation
• identify programs to address competency gaps
• evaluate the effectiveness of training and development programs
• conduct regular workshops and refresher training classes on code types and processes

Requirements:

• minimum 12 months of experience in a similar position
• excellent written and verbal communication skills in English with German/Spanish/Dutch
• understanding of digital advertising platforms
• proficiency in Google tools is a big plus
• ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
