SOLUTION ARCHITECT – ORACLE HCM

In 2017, the company achieved a turnover of 3.7 billion euros. They provide healthy, tasty and sustainable farmed salmon and processed seafood in over 80 markets around the world. In 2017, salmon harvest amounted to 370,000 tonnes (GWE). The company, in Poland employs over 4,000 employees and manufactures in 7 production plants in 3 locations. In addition, a Business Support Center employing over 140 people is located in Gdańsk.

Responsibilities:
- Define project scope, goals, success criteria, and deliverables that support business objectives/drivers in collaboration with key stakeholders;
- Manage solutions for HCM module (Design and scope functional solutions, contribute to requirements gathering and documentation, define testing strategy, and coordinating testing activities with development team and stakeholders);
- Proactively collaborate within team and stakeholders to ensure HCM change impacts are organized, well understood, and professionally delivered;
- Translate business requirements to technical/functional requirements and specifications and collaborate closely with technical teams to develop the solution design;
- Develop relationships with stakeholders, adopting a‘trusted advisor’ role;
- Collaborate with technical and business teams in developing practical and cost-effective technology solutions;
- Participate in the design and testing of any changes to existing global system so that it adheres to our existing practices, procedures, and standards;
- Coordinate user acceptance testing, conduct application overviews and conduct ‘train the trainer’ sessions;
- Assist to achieve successful upgrade and release cycles;
- Coordinate and track the delivery of HR system operational activities and enhancement deliverables;
- Create and maintain documentation including user guides and training materials to aid in use training and support, deliver training where necessary;
- Support to superusers in production in cooperation with external support partner.
Qualifications:
- University degree in Computing Systems, Systems Design, or related Business Degree in Information Systems;
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience on Oracle Cloud Fusion SaaS and HCM (core HR, absence, benefits, compensation, talent, and learning management);
- Knowledge of HCM extracts, mass data updates and uploads;
- Knowledge of payroll solutions and Time and attendance solutions is a advantage;
- Proven ability to understand end-to-end business processes across Oracle modules and other strategic applications;
- Oracle Applications development experience including Reports, Configuration, Interfaces, and Extensions;
- Experience with using best practice with creating, managing, and documenting custom security roles in HCM Oracle Cloud Fusion;
- Solid understanding on Oracle cloud architecture and data model;
- Direct experience with Oracle upgrades and working directly with stakeholder groups to coordinate upgrade activities such as testing, communication, and other change management activities;
- Project management experience required, as well as process design and documentation experience.
