Responsibilities:

• Build a healthy, communicative, and inspiring engineering culture in the local office.
• Grow and maintain a strong engineering team
• Maximize team productivity and creativity with efficient planning and management
• Support various engineering projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Be responsible for project progress and outcomes
• Handle international communication and collaboration between different offices in a timely and responsive manner.

Qualifications:

• MS/PhD degree in Computer Science or related fields
• 5+ years of industrial development experience on mainstream products
• Experience in C++ and backend frontend development
• Deep understanding of OOP design/system design / mobile/backend development
• 2+ years of experience in project and team management
• Solid knowledge in AI technologies, especially in the field of computer vision/computer graphics/deep learning
• Strong international collaboration and communication skills.
