CUSTOMER SUPPORT OPERATIONS CONSULTANT

With headquarters in Silicon Valley, CA, and offices around the world, they have hundreds of customers including top IT companies. Originated from data-dependent, digital-focused marketing, our Client delivers value at scale and speed to leaders in the industry. For an online advertising platform, we are looking for an Consultant.

Role and Responsibilities:
- Manage large amounts of incoming call, email and chat queries
- Develop an amicable customer relationship/experience
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- Take the extra mile to engage customers
Skills and Competencies:
- Proven customer support experience in the advertising domain
- Track record of over-achieving ticket handling quota
- Strong command over written English and German language
- Strong email communication skills
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with CRM(SFDC) systems and practices
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
Mandatory Skills:
- Proven experience in Campaign Management
- Google Sheets/MS Excel
- High level Verbal and Written Communication skills in English and German
- Proven experience in Customer Support/Customer Service
