Responsibilities:

• making and processing applications submitted by 1 support line and superiors
• support of 1 support line in the processing of applications
• direct and remote assistance to company employees in the use of IT systems and IT equipment operating in it
• installations, updates and repairs of hardware and software
• technical support and inventory of IT equipment
• keeping records of consumer equipment as part of IT services rendered
• compliance with IT security rules
• care for the quality of services Requirements

Qualifications:

• knowledge of the Windows 7/10 operating system
• basic knowledge of Active Directory, Sharepoint, Exchange, Office 365
• independence in diagnosing and solving problems
• basics of LAN and WAN computer networks
• ability to configure network devices
•  analytical thinking skills
• ability to work in a team
• willingness to develop and openness to new challenges
•  ability to use instructions and procedures
•  knowledge of English minimum B1
