On a way to reach the European market, the company is looking for candidates that will join Cracow office and help the company grow.  Currently we are looking for candidates that will perform as a Inside Sales Team Lead.

Shortly about the role:

As a leader of our Inside Sale team, you will oversee a group that works with merchants daily. You will have oversight over the performance and development of the overall team. You will provide guidance to the team in pursuing end-to-end sales.

Requirments:

• 4+ years of account management, customer success, or inside sales experience,
• 2+ years of experience leading a team of account management, customer success or inside sales professionals,
• advanced german and english speaking skills.

In addition to that, if:

• You’re eager to learn and you can absorb new concepts across multiple disciplines quickly and effectively,
• You are comfortable working in a scaling startup environment and adapt quickly,
• You have excellent performance management skills,

*Experience with Salesforce and/or experience with Excel and Google Suite products will be a plus!*
