In 2017, the company achieved a turnover of 3.7 billion euros. They provide healthy, tasty, and sustainably farmed salmon and processed seafood in over 80 markets around the world. In 2017,  the company’s salmon harvest amounted to 370,000 tonnes (GWE). In Poland, they employ over 4,000 employees and manufacture in 7 production plants in 3 locations. In addition, a Business Support Center employing over 140 people is located in Gdańsk.

Now we are looking for an Infor EAM Senior Consultant

Job responsibilities:

• Identify and resolve gaps where business requirements are not met by standard solution
• ensure adherence to standards for responses, design documents, workshop format
• support the business in developing test scripts, testing, and issue handling
• identify and manage functional integration requirements of the EAM system with Infor M3
• train super users on how to use the EAM solution
• support super users after GoLive and resolve system issues in cooperation with relevant internal and external resources
• manage to communicate issues and risks in functional areas to the project manager.

Candidates are expected to have:

• 5 years’ experience working with HxGN EAM or 3+ years as a Senior Consultant
• experience with creating reports using Cognos
• higher education equivalent to a bachelor’s or similar may be an advantage
• ability to travel
• ability to collaborate across all levels of an organization
• excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• proven track record delivering results in large, complex project
• ability to manage project scope, schedule, budget, quality, resource management, and risk.
