HR & OPERATIONS MANAGER
Our Client is a global leader partnering with companies on sales enabling, proceeds operations and thought-leadership. With headquarters in Silicon Valley, CA and offices around the world, they have hundreds of customers including top IT companies. Originated from data-dependent, digital-focused marketing, our Client delivers value at scale and speed to leaders in the industry. For their growing service centre in Cracow, we are looking for an HR & Operations Manager who is ready to start as soon as possible.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition
- Partnering with hiring managers to determine staffing needs
- Sourcing and screening potential candidates from various online channels and vendor partners
- Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates
- Administering assessments on, language analytical and logical reasoning tests
- Performing reference and background checks
- Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers
- Maintaining relationships with both internal and external clients to ensure staffing goals are
achieved - Communicating employer information and benefits during screeningprocess
- Staying current on the company’s organization structure, personnel policy, and federal and state
laws regarding employment practices - Serving as a liaison with area employment agencies, colleges, and industry associations
- Design and update job descriptions
- Advertise job openings on company’s careers page, social media, job boards and internally
- Participate in job fairs and host in-house recruitment events
- Act as a consultant to new hires and help themonboard
HR Generalist
- Process control improvement to bring enhanced candidate experience and Hiring manager VoC
- Ensuring Pre-onboarding connect and onboarding
- Taking initiatives
Onboarding
- Handling ERP (Workday) completion for successful onboarding
- Collaborate closely with internal & external stakeholders of new hires – Enrollment in benefits, pay/leave set up; Background verification.
- Preparing cross functional Induction/orientation plan and delivering an HR session
Employee Lifecycle Management
- Tracking completion of performance objectives and development plans
- Concluding HR Audits with external/internal auditors
- Administer exit formalities, conduct Exit interviews and provide feedback to business
- Employee counselling and day to day query handling/issue resolution
Employee Engagement and Communication
- Driving Engagement Survey participation and associate engagement activities
- Managing employee recognition programs
- Championing the monthly/quarterly all hands meeting/town halls and internal communication
- Initiating and tracking skip level meetings
- Managing and implementing retention measures
- Conducting Focus Group Discussions with associates
Vendor management and Contract hiring
- Supporting contract hiring for online and offline
- HR services, interns, and contingents – Vendor creation, agreement tracking & renewals, negotiations and timely invoice processing
HR MIS & Compliance
- Preparation and review of monthly HR Metrics in the form of visual or daily management (a part of Danaher Business system)
- Employee data Management and change communication
- Preparing payroll inputs and ensuring timely closure of Full & Final Settlements
- Leave tracking and audits
- Monthly Payroll input
Requirements:
- 6 to 10 years of proven experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role
- Thorough knowledge and understanding of the local labour laws and codes
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
- Experience with sourcing techniques
- Understanding of referral programs
- Solid verbal and written communication skills in English
