HEAD OF SALES – KEY ACCOUNT AGENCY
International Company that helps people discover the world and empowers everyone to be a creator. They are an AI backboned technology company operating top apps across the globe. They have millions of users from every continent. The newly opened Warsaw office is looking to hire a top Head of Sales to join its world-class team(s) and build impactful products together.
Location: Warsaw

Responsibilities:
- Business management
- make the analysis of agency ecosystem in Polish market and make the key account agency business strategy
- build partnership with different types of leading agencies, including 4A agencies, local branding agencies and local performance agencies
- build partnership with different functions in the agency partners, including creative, media, research & insights, training, etc
- design agency business partnership model, including commercial terms, engagement model and innovation programs
- drive the revenue from agency partners and achieve the sales target
Team management - design the team structure and role&responsibilities of team members
- hire the team member, based on the ranking of priority
- build the team capability by coaching the team members
- lead the team members to achieve their own sales target
Cross functional collaboration - work with key account direct sales team, on client services and win the budget
- work with sales marketing team, on B2B marketing activities for agency partners
- work with product team, on feedback and suggestions of agency-oriented ads solutions systems and tools
- work with all other cross-functional teams to improve the efficiency and build long term growth
Qualifications:
- BA/BS degree or above
- 12+ years of overall working experiences, 8+ years of digital marketing experiences, 5+ years of digital agency related experiences
- 8+ years of team and people management experience
- experiences in working with cross-functional teams
- strong understanding about Polish agency ecosystem and developing trends
- strong network in Polish agency industry, with solid experience of working with C-level executives of agencies
- excellent verbal and written English and Polish communication skills
- self-starter, fast learner with a can-do spirit
- ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed
