ByteDance Intelligent Creation team is an international team in Bytedance with US/EU/ASIAN offices. Our team is dedicated to building a global, intelligent multimedia creation platform for major ByteDance products such as TikTok. We are looking for an Engineering Manager for the Warsaw office to lead the local team and help building this global platform.

Main responsibilities:

• Build a healthy, communicative and inspiring engineering culture in the local office. Grow and maintain a strong engineering team
• Maximize team productivity and creativity with efficient planning and management
• Support various engineering projects in a fast paced environment. Be responsible for project progress and outcomes
• Handle international communication and collaboration between different offices in a timely and responsive manner.

Qualifications:

• MS/PhD degree in Computer Science or related fields
• 5+ years of industrial development experience on mainstream products. Deep understanding of OOP design / system design / mobile / backend development
• 2+ years of experience in project and team management
• Solid knowledge in AI technologies, especially in the field of computer vision / computer graphics / deep learning
• Strong international collaboration and communication skills.
