For their growing service center in Cracow, we are looking for a Customer Service Expert with Spanish.

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients regarding IT, cloud, and advertising services, inform them and guide, them whenever needed,
• Troubleshooting and communicating solutions to issues with services or escalating them further,
• Provide the highest level of service to ensure clients’ satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish,
• Willingness to gain knowledge about Google tools (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.) and digital advertising platforms,
• Readiness to work full-time in the company’s office in Cracow.
