Our Client is a leading North American luxury and streetwear retailer with over 500 luxury, streetwear, and avant-garde labels for men and women. With headquarters in Montreal, they serve hundreds of countries and have millions of views weekly on their platform. For their growing service centre in Warsaw, we are looking for a customer experience agent who is passionate about fashion.

Location: Warsaw

Responsibilities:

• Providing exceptional customer service during afternoon shifts (from 2 PM to 10 PM)
• Daily communication with upscale international clientele via email and telephone
• Offering assistance and solutions that will result in increased customer satisfaction
• Understanding the customer’s situation and providing the best possible solution
• Assisting with any upcoming tasks when needed

Requirements:

• Previous experience in fashion retail industry/knowledge or passion towards fashion
• Educational background in Fashion Design / Business Operations / Business Administration /Business Communication / Computer Science is a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, other languages are a plus
• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment
• Available to work 40 hours per week
• Skilled using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) or G Suite (Sheets, Docs and Slides)
• Flexibility when it comes to rostered day-offs and working in shifts
