In 2017,  the company’s salmon harvest amounted to 370,000 tonnes (GWE). In Poland, they employ over 4,000 employees and manufacture in 7 production plants in 3 locations. In addition, a Business Support Center employing over 140 people is located in Gdańsk.

Now we are looking for a POWER BI LEAD DEVELOPER

LOCATION: Gdańsk/hybryd/remote

Job responsibilities:

• Manage small Team of  BI Developers plus externals;
• manage high- level plan according to PowerBI Implementation  stages and describe what the key focus areas for the team, as well as key success metrics;
• sharing knowledge and skills in data analysis to make every team more data-driven;
• lead the delivery of the backlog to achieve business needs;
• translate requirements of large data initiatives into smaller actionable items;
• designing and applying methods based on machine learning and deep learning to solve various business  problems;
• cooperate with Global BI team in a layer of IT Architecture;

Requirements and skills:

• A master’s degree in business, engineering, computer science;
• have 5+ years of experience in data analytics, visualization and business intelligence;
• native Polish speaker with proficiency in English;
• have 2+ years of experience in projects mgmt and/or team management;
• have practical experience working with: PowerBI, Python, SQL, Microsoft Azure, Snowflake;
• understand data engineering, data modelling and architecture;
• experience with delivering prototypes in development and in production.
