CLIENT SERVICE TEAM LEADER

Obowiązki na stanowisku pracy:
    Responsibilities:
  • Lead, monitor, and supervise team members to achieve goals
  • Motivate and inspire the team, resolve any issues or conflicts
  • Liaise with Sales Representatives to collect all necessary business collaterals
  • Set up advertisers account on internal platform, manage it and update with all necessary data
  • Provide assistance to clients regarding IT, cloud and advertising services, inform them and guide whenever needed
  • Provide the highest level of service to ensure clients satisfaction
Od kandydatów oczekujemy:
    Requirements:
  • Minimum 4 years experience in client service and 1 year as a Team lead
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German, Spanish or Portugese or more
  • Understanding of digital advertising platforms
  • Proficiency in Google tools (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.)
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Decision-making skills
  • Training in team leading is a big plus
  • Logical reasoning and problem solving skills
  • Exceptional rapport building and active listening skills
  • Understanding tag implementation, experience with Salesforce.com is a plus.
